Includes additions of 110v or 220v dedicated outlets, fluorescent light bulb replacement, light fixture replacement
Ceiling tiles
Includes removal and replacement of ceiling tiles

Includes all repairs, replacements & new installs of toilet systems
Urinals
Includes all repairs/replacement/new installation of Urinals
Main Lines
Unclogging of main lines, emergency jobs welcome

Repair of leaking p-traps, or replacement of existing faucets

Repair or replacement of commercial water heaters
